Policies, Procedures and Deposits

MauiInfo is a licensed travel agency specializing in vacation rentals, located in Maui since 2001.

We are agents for many properties on Maui and deposits and cancellations vary from property to property. Deposits range from one to five nights and are required at time of reservation to secure. We accept personal check, Visa or Mastercard for deposit. Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We request final payment to be made with a personal check, if possible.

**Security deposit: A few of our properties require a refundable security deposit to be charged in advance. You will always be notified at the time of reservation if this is the case, along with all other details of your transaction. Cleaning fees will not be charged unless notified at time of reservation. Deposit and cancellation policies vary for Christmas holiday reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees range from $50-100 for any cancellation after initial deposit is received. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival (60 days on some properties) are non-refundable unless space is re-rented. Inquire for specifics.

Reservation confirmation e-mailed upon receipt of deposit. Check-in instructions and driving directions will be e-mailed to you upon final payment.

Maui contact information and after-hours emergency number will be provided prior to check-in.

**We will make every effort to reserve the unit you have selected. On very rare occasions, however, it has been necessary to move guests due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to move you to a similar unit should your selected unit become unavailable.
